In a garden facing a high
wall, I'm told to return to the house and
leave through Joseph Campbell's
Room. I
find that Campbell's room exits into the same garden;
however, of
prime significance in the
moon-cult is the
role of the
moon as measurer of time. But moon-time is not the abstract,
quantitative
time
of scientific, patriarchal consciousness. It is
qualitative time; it changes and, in changing this
time
the wall is no longer there.
